I have a few pans/molds that I use over and over, despite having racks full of other ones. One of my favorites is a stoneware quiche / tart pan like the one pictures. mine is green and terracotta colored, but basically the same.

I use this pan for everything from quiche to fruit cobbler type dishes. For some reason, I love the scalloped edge and the heft of the pan.

What's your favorite pan, and why?

Oh geez..............thats a tough one.

I suppose my favorite is what I've posted on other threads......my Barvaria Bundt Cake pan from Nordicware...

I just LOVE the design! You really don't even need frosting with a design like that!!!
Plus, bundts are easy, quick, and fast to make, eat, and clean up after!!!

(and you've given me an idea for a new thread!!)

Honestly my favorite is probably my most dull...the good old basic cupcake trays! I guess to me they are my favorite because they're my most used - and you can make cupcakes into so many different things depending on how you decorate them, so they're super versatile too. Lots of great memories have been made when making batches of cupcakes...so it's nostalgic for me too.

I love that Bundt pan @ChesterV. I don't have one like that, but I do have a regular one, 2 smaller ones for monkey bread, and an angel food cake pan that I also like. Another of my favorites is an enameled Chantal pan. It's an unusual size, 12 x 7, I believe, but I use it for all sorts of dishes, both sweet and savory.
