This is what the cookie looks like. I’ve shipped these; two days for shipment. And told they were still excellent 4 days after receipt. It has a chewy edge, soft center. But that’s with the brands of ingredients and baker’s percentage.

they really are lovely - when u ship them, do u ziplog bag and bubble wrap the box/container?
and do you have a extra large fork with widely space tines just to imprint this?

when making the cross hatches - my dinner fork smooshes the first lines, they don't look this symmetrical.

I use cello bag and vacuum seal. Tie with ribbon. Place in a metal tin and a heavy cardboard box.

I use a regular dinner fork to make the crosshatch marks
