I LOVE peanut butter blondies!! They are so delicious. I'm a big fan of peanut butter - made some really tasty 'overnight oats' the other day with oats, chai seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and peanut butter. It tasted far too good to have for breakfast! Tried the same thing substituting the maple syrup for raspberry jam and it was gorgeous.

Well now you've made me hungry!

I looked up the recipe for the peanut butter cookie lasagna! That thing looks insane but I think it would probably be a hit at get togethers with my group of friends!

Yeah, I'd never be able to eat anything like that. All that sugar!!! WOOOO! My sugar levels would be off the charts!!

That is definitely something I would have loved to make before I got diabetes!!!!
