special flour

I'm from Minnesota and looking for a high ash european style flour to bake with - King Arthur has such flour but shipping costs can be high- ANy suggestions ? thanx

Old Baker, I went trying to do a search on this but came did not come up with anything definitive. I actually didn't even know of the flour. I know of King Arthur flour just by seeing it mentioned in recipes. I am sorry I could not give you some help. I just think it in somewhere in the States. You have everything over there.
