Storing cupcakes overnight

i have to gift cupcakes to someone...but i cannot make it on the same day... I'm planning to make it a night before...how to store the cupcakes overnight ? in the fridge or on the counter...also...can i also frost them a night before...then how to store them ?

Yes you can make them the night before and store them in a airtight container or wrap them in clingfilm. If you want to frost them, leave it till as late as possible and put them in the fridge overnight - be careul of anything stored above it that might drip though if they're not covered.

Leave them in the mold, cover lightly with plastic and chill overnite.
