I saw the thread title, and I thought "there's no way to make Strawberry Shortcake Cookies"!!!
And then I thought........"OH! I bet she made Strawberry Shortcake THE CARTOON cookies"!!!

And then I click on the thread and its actual Strawberry Shortcake Cookies!!!!

Well that really seems like a logical move to make if you love strawberry short cake, and I happen to be a very large fan myself. You can give me anything with some strawberries and I am usually happy, and especially if it is something sweet. This looks like a good little bite sized alternative, which is always a good idea in my home.

These look absolutely fantastic!! I think I know how I will be spending my afternoon tomorrow. I have been craving strawberry "something" for awhile now, and it doesnt get much better than a strawberry shortcake cookie!
