Sugar Cookies without eggs

Does anyone have a recipe for sugar cookies that do not use eggs. My niece has an egg allergy and I'm in need of a recipe that doesn't require eggs. This may be difficult, but I figured it's worth a shot! Thanks in advance for your help!
