Suggestions for a Pastry Cutter with Handle

I am finding it difficult now with my arthritis to cut pastry for Cornish pasties with a side plate. I cannot find a 20cm cutter with a handle anywhere and wonder if anyone has any ideas, please.

Commercial cutters have handles because bakers have to cut multiples. Gobel, which is a French company, makes a 22cm. This is from an American retailer, but you should be able to locate one in the UK.

the easy cheap way is just find a suitable biscuit tin, first eat the biscuits.
