Super simple peanut butter cookies.

Has anyone ever tried the three ingredient peanut butter cookies? They are where all you do is mix one egg, one cup of sugar, and one cup of peanut butter.

I have tried making them this way a few times, but I can never get the ratio right. With this recipe, I thought the peanut butter taste was too strong, so I added more sugar. But then they were too sweet. I think I have only made them a way that I like once.

Have you ever tried these from this recipe? Did you like them?

Ohh, hmm, I don't know about that, I would be pretty certain that other ingredients would be necessary, there's a couple peanut butter cookie recipes on the forum that you could check out. Though they all involve flour.

My brother just posted a peanut butter/chocolate chip recipe on facebook. No flour....ground chick peas! I'm curious but I'm not sure I'm willing to invest my time or money.

I don't know how you make cookies without something to bind it all together.

You should just add some oats to it and stop worrying about it.

Yes, I have made this recipe. I am not fond of it, it does crumble easy
