How do I find testers for recipes and complete meal instructions for my upcoming cookbook?

Friends/relatives/neighbors/co-workers would probably all like to help by sampling the results of your test recipes and providing feedback. I think that would be more successful than asking someone else to make one of your recipes, since I am not clear which you are planning to do. I am not sure what a 'meal instruction' is can you provide an example or more detail?
