Tempted to pull the trigger... I currently just use a cheaper ThermoPro TP-16 probe thermometer for everything, but have always had the end goal of getting the Thermapen Mk4 eventually.

I have so many expensive baking tools. But it took me until last year to finally buy the Mk4. I had the Thermopop and two of their other thermometers, but I just kept cringing at the price. But not I can’t believe I waited so long to the Mk4—I just love it.
