Tomato tart.

    Northern Maine .
    A simple dough.
    2 large tomatoes
    2 cups grated gruyer or swiss.
    Dijon mustard
    A few drops of oil to moisten the chopped garlic and parsley topping.

    I make these videos for my sister who I call Mrs Brassneck.
    Then I tell her its too difficult for her. its a family thing.
