Tricks to Sifting

Hi,

I wondered if anyone had an easy way to sift your dry ingredients? I tend to shy away from recipes that require sifting because I have fibromyalgia and my hands ache just from sifting for a few minutes. I would appreciate any tips or even new equipment that would make it easier.
