I love mixing equal parts of Creme Chantilly (sweetened whipped cream) and Pastry Cream, which results in a light and airy, yet very flavorful cream (Diplomat cream). Then simply fill a tart base with it, and top with fresh fruit. Yum! Heavenly goodness! Optional to brush the tart base with melted white or dark chocolate first, to prevent it from getting wet.
