1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
Mix ingredient's together.
Make into balls and flatten with a fork in a criss cross shape (I find they're usually a little stickey)
Bake at 325*F for about 12 minutes.
I have other peanut butter cookie recipes but I find I always go back to this one. It's quick, easy and doesn't use many ingredient's. The cookies always come out soft and chewy and are usually a big hit with everyone.
