I'm attempting to find a reasonable way to bake cinnamon rolls on their side, while still guaranteeing that they don't completely fall apart. I've attempted this once before, as a test, without any structure to hold the rolls up, and the only issue was them slumping & falling over. Is there something I could put in the pan to hold the rolls upright while still allowing them to bake?
Included are pictures of my last batch, pre-rise and then post-bake. Please lmk any suggestions!
