What unique cooking topping do you use?

Since I was a little girl, I have topped cookies with icing, sprinkles or chips. Only recently, I started to get more inventive and to them with gum drops or other foods not usually associated with cookies.

What unique cookie topping do you use?

Well, I always loved a simple or traditional cookie. Either I will top my cookie with nothing or with a light glaze. There are times where I may use certain nuts or powder sugar.
