I'm looking for this Vietnamese flour in the Twin Cities but I don't think I've found yet. I wonder if there's a good substitute for this flour.

If you're having trouble finding that specific Vietnamese flour in the Twin Cities, you might try looking for rice flour or tapioca starch at Asian grocery stores, as they’re common substitutes used in Vietnamese cooking. If you know the type of dish you're planning to make, that could also help narrow down the best alternative flour to use. Good luck with your search!
