I'm interested in trying out some creative new ideas, but I've never baked using alcohol. I'd love to try to get some Kahlua or Frangelico flavored cake, or brownies, or pastries, and have no idea where to start! Ideas? Suggestions? Thank you!! Happy baking!

Sometimes I use Jack Daniels when making sauce and various meats. It really adds a great flavor!

That sounds amazing!! I will definitely have to try that out sometime. I finally bought myself a crockpot...I'm thinking a pork tenderloin with some Jack Daniels would be delicious. Thanks for the tip!

I too would like to try my hand at a sourdough starter. I read that it is best to use bottled water. Is that true?
