I have to eat gluten free breads, and I'm glad my doctor started me eating this way. There are many great brands to choose from. I can even make a great grilled cheese sandwich out of gluten free breads. Just add what you normally do to your bread and watch the approval show up with a smile for the day. I just started eating Rudies gluten free bread, and I enjoy it toasted quite well. I add all natural peanut butter on it, along with maybe a banana, and maybe even top it off with a pancake syrup on a few occasions..
