Why does my doughnuts always look like this after cooked?

Why does my doughnuts keep turning out this way what could be the cause of this,I followed a recipe online it was suppose to look like that but it didn't.these are the doughnuts I fried and this is the recipe I tried to follow ,the doughnuts are also really cracked it tastes crumbly to doesn't taste like doughnuts. This happens alot with every recipe I follow and I'm getting tired of it.hoping for it to go well it doesn't. Also don't puff up well in the pill while fried they don't grow as much while fried they look a little small to me.

It sounds like your doughnuts might not be turning out as expected due to a few common issues. Make sure your recipe measurements are accurate, and avoid overmixing or undermixing the dough. Check that your yeast is fresh and properly activated. The frying oil should be at the right temperature, around 350°F (175°C)—not too hot or too cool.
