Hi all.
newbie so please bare with me... I am suddenly getting irregular shaped loves and different amounts of rising....
I havent changed the recipe as such.....sometimes its lop sided, sometimes it rises then sinks a little with an irregular shaped top.
Ive attached one or two opictures to give some idea of the problem....
my initial recipe for a 1lb loaf is.... 320 grms of Wessex 6 seed bread flour, water 180ml, olive oil 2 tbs, brown sugar 2tbs, dried milk 2 tbs, salt 1tsp, bread improver 1tsp and yeast 1 tsp. Like I said in the past i have had many loaves that rise OK and are uniform shape, but now , well see the pics. I tried increasing the water a little and tried increasing the flour to 370 grms, but no luck...The first two are using 370grm and the 2nd two are using 320grm...its a 3 and a half hour baking program in the machine.
