A yummy throwable dough

My daughter loves to bake and she has asked me to rise to the nearly impossible task of finding an easily manipulatable “ throwable and punchable” gluten free dough for her to bake with. Any help would be so appreciated!

12 yrs I’ve been gluten free for medical reasons as well...I‘ve had a ton of training as a baker. I hate to break her heart, but no such gf dough is possible.
