Have any of you made it before? Any tips or secrets to offer? I haven't yet but I love the idea of it, and I've always wondered if it's really as hard to perfect as its reputation suggests.
I have never made it before but I have eaten it and it is delicious. My husband thinks I just want to make it because you get to use a blow torch. (Don't tell him, but he's right!)
Haha that is a big part of the motivation, isn't it? How often do you get to play around with that in the kitchen- it's in the name of delicious food .
