I have two questions I guess.
1.) What is the difference between frosting and icing?
2.) What are the best recipes for both?
I'm helping my cousin plan her wedding and I've been looking at so many of the pretty cakes on PIntrest. Its put me a baking mood. Now a lot of the cakes used fondant which most people have said isn't very good. So, I've been wondering about the different things you can do with frosting, like different flower designs an so on. For my birthday I'm making a three layer cake with white chocolate frosting and just want to know what I can do with it. The cake will probably be lemon or strawberry. Definitely pink!
