Use brown rice flour instead of wheat because it has a much milder flavor. Use only honey or fruit like bananas or applesauce as your sweetener. You can pretty much alter a cookie recipe to have only these kind of healthy ingredients if you add extra eggs to hold it together and are very careful when you take them off the cookie sheet. Just use a recipe to get the general idea of how much liquid to dry you need if you don't have that memorized.
