hobart knockoff.
I'd rather have a used hobart than a new copy.

They're not hard to find, I had a hobart 30 qt floor model this apuro copies, the hobart is a great machine.
theres plenty on ebay starting at $1300.

If you are in the US, contact the people over at Pleasant Hill Grains. They deal with a lot of foreign brand mixers, so they might be familiar with this brand. I am not. Sorry.
