Delicious Pudding Recipes for a Nursing Home

Hello,
I work in a nursing home where Im going to bake them puddings.
Need some ideas of what to make them

I would have thought that anything you can do as a traybake would be a good idea. Sticky toffee pudding, chocolate sponge, apple cake, that kind of thing.

Flan, cook a custard, pour into the pan and bake.
