i have this digital control Spiral mixer, is in Exceptional condition functionally. I had it fully cleaned, serviced and tested, it functions perfectly without any issues. I acquired this mixer from a pastry chef, where it was barely used and well maintained. i have no use for this mixer anymore and willing to let it go for $4100.
