How to Fix Morphy Richard's Stand Mixer K Beater Issue

Hi, I have a Morphy Richard's Stand Mixer and the K beater works and only in the centre. It's worse when I'm doing a small recipe. I have to stop the machine to scrape several times. Any help on this, please? I will really appreciate. Thanks

Contact their customer service department to find out how to get the mixer head adjusted properly. The beater should come very close to the sides and bottom of the bowl.
