share a laugh and why made a cake weighed all ingredients or so i thought.. split it in pans...wash mixer...pop in oven and 45 sec in oven realize........i forgot the eggs..... rip outta oven dump all in mixer add my eggs 2 at a time..4 total...took 40 min + 30 more to bake.....tastes fine..... but why so much longer to cook?

i was on a roll...in a zone..my mixer things are washed immediately...ocd i guess... glad I caught it I had forgot to weigh the eggs.....
