I accidentally added all of the dry ingredients into the butter in the creaming method while making alfajores.
Will it affect them?

Will it affect them?

they will be tough, but still edible The recipe I have has a lot of cornstarch (cornflour) which give the shortbread dough a softness. Most alfajores include cornstarch and egg yolks. So it should still be okay if your recipe
have these.
