Best Dehumidifiers for Controlling Humidity and Preventing Bleeding

I live in Virginia and apparently we have high humidity here and nothing I’m doing that I’ve been told to do to prevent bleeding is working so I figure my last effor would be a dehumidifier. Can anyone tell me from experience what a good reasonably priced one is?
