Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a GCSE student that has to design a product to fix a problem. I have chosen to make a mixture dispenser that will help bakers to dispense a uniform amount of mixture. To complete my coursework, I need to include a questionnaire, which has been completed by at least 30 people.

You are welcome, that was actually a very short questionnaire =D I like it when questionnaires are this short, I've completed questionnaires that seemed to be 6 pages long :O Not cool at all!
