Any sites where you swap expertises

Hi, I'm looking for sites / online marketplaces where I might be able to receive help with a task, in return for a service (instead of monetary rewards). I'm basically looking for someone to help design my homepage. I couldn't think of any such sites so I thought I would ask here. Thanks

Just wanted to update this. Found a great site called timerepublik where people exchange one skill for another Might be useful for some.

You can use Fiverr. It does cost $5 so it's not straight up barter but you can hire people with expertise in web design and other areas like online marketing for cheap.
You can also buy handcrafted gifts by artists for $5. It's a cool little marketplace if you need a font designed or a cheap website template.
