Baker's percentage for cake baking.

Hello everyone, please I need a baker's percentage chat on cake baking, as am new to baking, and would like to keep a record for my cake recipes that i will be developing, to enable me have my own unique taste and textures.

Would also appreciate if I can get other ingredients that makes cake delicious, apart from flour, eggs, butter, margarine, baking powder and soda, milk, it will be of great help to me please me out.

Sugar makes cakes delicious.

Soda and powder have nothing to do with flavor. They do help with rise (appearance) and to some extent texture. However I take the meaning of your word "delicious" as having to do with flavor.
