Bright yellow icing

i have an issue with icing i colored mustard yellow i need a bright yellow asap how can fix it please help

You cannot change mustard yellow to bright yellow. Yellow is a primary color.

Tint: lighten a color by adding white, BUT WILL NOT MAKE IT BRIGHTER

Tone: darken a color by adding gray
