Electric Kettle with Thermostat for Yeast Activation

I am so tired of having to use a pan or my electric kettle and a thermometer for activating yeast, feeding my starter...
There has to be a electric kettle with a thermostat and these temp ranges.
Anyone know of one?

I have a Fellow electric for pour over coffee. The lowest is 104°F. I doubt there’s anything lower than that because there’s really no reason for a kettle to heat water to low temperature. But pour over coffer kettles are very pricey so I wouldn’t recommend buying one just to rehydrate yeast.
