Hi make Dough sheet for spring roll. I want 195mm square at 10gms weight. If get that sheet it is becoming so dry and breaking. and it is so thin that I cant wrap my veggies in it. How can i increase the volume of the dough sheet without increasing weight.

increase moisture, keep them under a damp towel to prevent cracking and drying out.
