Hi all, new here, thought I'd try another question. I would like to make sprouted multigrain whole wheat bread. I'm looking for info on how to sprout the grains, they each seem a little different; and then how to use them in bread. I'm finding very few recipes, and also very little on sprouting grains, and since I'm a new baker, I need the two to coincide clearly so I can put the whole thing together. All advice welcome!

To sprout grains for bread, start by rinsing your choice of whole grains like wheat or barley and soak them in water overnight. The next day, drain and rinse the grains, then keep them in a jar covered with a cloth, rinsing twice daily until sprouts appear, usually within 2-3 days. To make bread, grind the sprouted grains into a paste, then mix with whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, a sweetener like honey, and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, let it rise until doubled, shape it into a loaf, allow for a second rise, and bake at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes. This process combines sprouting and baking into a straightforward routine, perfect for a beginner baker!
