Pistaccio filled , callabaut chocs.

Wow, 7°F definitely sounds like the perfect weather to enjoy some rich, decadent chocolate! Pistachio-filled Callebaut chocolates sound absolutely heavenly. Did you make them yourself or find them at a local chocolatier? Either way, I’m intrigued those flavors must pair beautifully. Also, thanks for sharing the YouTube link; I'll check it out for some sweet inspiration!

per my screen name, french trained pastry chef, chocolate was just part of the job for 50 yrs.

i made a short video for the filling.
30g pistaccios
30 g white choc (suggest melting it first)
70 g soft butter.
green coloring and pistaccio extract,
I also added a dollop of fluff to make it less dense, more creamy.
The original recipe called for 70 g of warm heavy cream , like ganache, but I ship everything I make to AZ so butter is a safer bet.
