Troubleshooting my Russel Hobbs bread maker

Hi I have a Russel Hobbs bread maker tried it first loaf with a Tesco premix multiseed thought I followed the instructions but my bread was a disaster what have I done wrong

not an expert myself, but If you could perhaps provide more info - eg: what function/settings did you use on your bread maker, or instructions on the premix - some of the experts in the forum might have more details to provide.

The instructions on the premix where 320ml water 25g of butter 500g premix basic setting on bread maker I used the large loaf basic setting This is the instructions on the premix tesco granary thanks
