Victorian sugar plums

Dried fruits, fig. Dates, apricot, prunes, almonds.
Process or grind.
Stems are slivers of apricot with green color and rolled in sugar. Purple is ube powder and sugar.

thanks, they taste better than they look...not difficult because they're too rough.
someone is coming to pick them up, i'll try again but make sure to get the texture smoother and make them a bit smaller.
