I'm really sorry to hear that you had to close your bakery and donut shop. It must have been a tough decision. If you don't mind sharing, are you selling the equipment individually or as a bundle? I'm particularly interested in the Jade range stackable oven and the Avantco mixers. Also, are you open to shipping, or is it pick-up only in New Orleans?
