Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started a small business selling homemade baked goods and I’m exploring ways to improve my product presentation. One area I’m focusing on is creating custom stickers and labels for packaging. I’d love to hear from others about:

  1. What key information do you include on your labels (e.g., ingredients, storage instructions, etc.)?
  2. Are there any design tips for creating professional looking stickers that help your products stand out?
  3. What’s the best way to ensure labels adhere properly to packaging without peeling off?
For those interested in exploring this further, I came across a helpful resource discussing the benefits of using stickers and labels for dog food.

Looking forward to your suggestions and insights!

Congrats on starting your business! For your baked goods, it’s important to include ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, and expiration dates on your labels. When designing, keep it simple and use clear, readable fonts. For better adhesion, consider using high-quality, durable labels that can withstand handling and moisture.

I put the name of my business and phone number.
1. If I hand the package to the customer thats all thats needed.
2. If the customer serve themself from a shelf it falls under different regulations.
3. avoid self service and you can avoid all those regulations.
4. Otherwise get the regs and start reading, you might need bar codes, nutrition info, all ingredients, its very cumbersome .
