Can I use Black poppy seeds from bird food.

So I am sitting here in Bali (Indonesia) and it's really difficult to get Black poppy seeds.
They sell bird food black poppy seeds. ..

Someone maybe know if I can just use that? I already asked the seller, he doesn't know.
