Dense/thick cookies

Hi everyone, looking for recipes on how to make thick or dense cookies that are soft and have height to them/aren’t flat. I added a picture I found online for reference

I wouldn't call it a cookie, looks more like a choc scone or brownie batter with chopped up candy bars.
