I had never heard of a Betty before! Cobblers are really popular where I live - it's a very family friendly dessert and the fact you can use different fruits is always popular - that way there seems to be some type of cobbler that suits everyone.

A Betty sounds quite delicious too, I think I'll have to look up a recipe and give it a try!
