Hello.I am a home baker . I am planning to sell gluten free cookies. i want to know how much Veg Glycerine should i put to keep it moist. mine is an eggless cookie. total flour is 220 gms and butter is 100 gm. pls help
I don't use glycerine so I can't say. To sell cookies though, I think you might need to have your kitchen certified (for selling) and possibly certified gluten free too, but that's optional. However, if it's a school bake sale, I don't think the rules apply.
