Hello there! My name is Jerico aka jpfm657. I am excited to join this community to share everything I know about baking. The reason why I joined the baking forums is to learn new techniques and improve my creativity. Decorating is not my thing. I graduated culinary arts 10 years ago and now I bake during the weekends.
